Underlena x Sink Bathhouse Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Underlena Limited trading as Underlena, 56a Ghuznee Street, Wellington, New Zealand. Contact: hello@underlena.com.
2. The promotion runs from 12:00am NZT on Sunday 27 September 2026 to 11:59pm NZT on Sunday 4 October 2026 (the Promotion Period).
3. To enter, make a purchase from Underlena during the Promotion Period, either online at www.underlena.com or in-store at the Underlena Showroom, 56a Ghuznee Street, Wellington. Each completed order receives one entry. In-store customers must give their name and an email address or phone number at checkout to be entered. No additional payment is required to enter, and all products are sold at their usual prices.
4. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Underlena, Sink Bathhouse, Kye Intimates and Tronque, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
5. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned for a refund before the draw are not eligible. Exchanges do not affect an entry.
6. There is one prize, consisting of:
   (a) five passes to Sink Bathhouse, Miramar, Wellington, for the winner and four guests, each for one 90-minute session. The passes are valid for 12 months from the date the prize is awarded and are subject to booking availability and Sink Bathhouse's terms of entry (approximate retail value $250);
   (b) a Kye Intimates Recline Bateau Sleeveless top ($179) and Recline Pants ($220) in the winner's choice of colour and size, subject to availability;
   (c) a Tronque Body Oil ($120), Triple Active Body Milk ($120) and Body Brush ($70);
   (d) three pairs of Underlena briefs in the winner's choice of style and size ($147).
   The total approximate retail value of the prize is $986 NZD.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at [location], using a random number generator.
8. The winner will be contacted within two business days of the draw, using the email address or phone number provided with their order. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the prize will be redrawn using the same method.
9. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value. Travel and any other costs of taking up the prize are the winner's responsibility. Guests under 18 may use a Sink Bathhouse pass only if an adult accompanies them for the full session, and all guests must meet Sink Bathhouse's entry requirements.
10. The winner's first name and suburb or town may be published on Underlena's website, social media and emails. The winner may opt out of this by telling us.
11. Personal information collected through this promotion will be used only to administer the promotion and in line with our privacy policy [link]. We will share the winner's details with prize partners only as needed to deliver the prize.
12. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
13. By entering, participants accept these terms. The terms will not change during the Promotion Period.
