Shipping policy

We think shopping for lingerie online should be simple - we are happy to offer various options for shipping within New Zealand and worldwide. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on underwear bottoms for hygiene reasons.  

NZ - orders over $100 receive complimentary tracked courier shipping, or $5 flat rate.
AUS - orders over $200 receive complimentary DHL Express shipping, or a $40 flat rate DHL.
ROW - $50 flat rate worldwide, DHL Express. Please note, Underlena is not responsible for duties and import taxes that may apply to your shipment.
