All of our pieces are wrapped in FSC certified tissue paper, and sent in recyclable (also FSC certified and recycled) courier boxes which you may find are quite useful - but if you don't wish to reuse, the box can be recycled in your curbside recycling (NZ) and the tissue and red tape can be put into your compost.
We offer a $10 tracked courier flat rate New Zealand wide, which usually arrives within 2-3 days. We will send you a tracking number upon dispatch.

Please note: UNDERLENA does not cover import duties and taxes that may apply to your shipment. These taxes are charged once the order reaches its designated country. We know that buying lingerie isn't the easiest of tasks, particularly when faced with different brands (we know how sizing can differ!). Before making your purchase, feel free to contact us at email@example.com for measurements, photos or sizing advice.
If the isn't size quite right, email us with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on briefs/panties due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Please take a look at our Size Guide to find your perfect size.
All other full price pieces can be returned within 7 days of receipt, by tracked courier at the cost and responsibility of the customer until the package is received by Underlena. If you would like to exchange your piece please email us as soon as possible, as stock is subject to availability.
Items purchased using Laybuy or Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or a store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these guidelines.
Sale items are final sale - we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on these.
