Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the courier reaching you - please don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure of the fit, or if you would like to arrange a return or exchange. 

We cannot accept returns on briefs/panties due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Please take a look at our Size Guide to find your perfect size. 

Sale items are final sale - we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on these.

All other full price pieces can be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags intact within 10 days of receipt, by tracked courier at the cost and responsibility of the customer until the package is received by Underlena. If you would like to exchange your piece please email us as soon as possible, as stock is subject to availability.
