Thoughtful design makes for long wearing lingerie, and thoughtful care does too. 

We recommend rotating bras to allow the elastic to rest and return to shape between wears (although we know it’s hard with your favourites!); hand washing and air drying. 

Use a gentle detergent such as the Sphaera Laundry Bar for all of our styles, and hand wash like colours together in the basin with cool water. To dry, fold and gently press the garment in a towel before laying out to dry out of direct sun (don't wring, and don't put in the dryer).

If you do decide to wash in the washing machine, put your pieces in a delicates bag and use the delicate/hand wash setting at 30°C. 

Hand washing needn't be a chore - we like to do it in the basin after putting on a face mask, or sometimes in the shower (the cooler the better!) for some 2-in-1 action.

All of our pieces are wrapped in FSC certified tissue paper, and sent in recyclable (also FSC certified and recycled) courier boxes or DLE envelopes which you may find are quite useful - but if you don't wish to reuse, the box and envelopes can be recycled in your curbside recycling (NZ) and the tissue and red tape can be put into your compost.

For deliveries within the 6011 Wellington CBD postcode, we are excited to offer free + emissions free deliveries via NoCarCargo, Wellington's bicycle delivery company. Choose Local Delivery at checkout.

Returns

We know that buying lingerie isn't the easiest of tasks, particularly when faced with different brands (we know how sizing can differ!). Before making your purchase, feel free to contact us at hello@underlena.com for measurements, photos or sizing advice. 

If size of your bra isn't quite right, please email us with your order details at hello@underlena.com to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note.

We cannot accept returns on briefs/panties due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Please take a look at our Size Guide to find your perfect size. 

All other full price pieces can be returned within 10 days of receipt, by tracked courier at the cost and responsibility of the customer until the package is received by Underlena. If you would like to exchange your piece please email us as soon as possible, as stock is subject to availability. 

Items purchased using Laybuy or Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or a store credit.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these guidelines.

Sale items are final sale - we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on these.

We are happy to offer exchanges and returns for unworn bras, however underwear is final sale for hygiene reasons (as we are sure you'll understand!)
