Returns

We know that buying lingerie isn't the easiest of tasks, particularly when faced with different brands (we know how sizing can differ!). Before making your purchase, feel free to contact us for measurements, photos or sizing advice. 

If size of your bra isn't quite right, please email us with your order details within 48 hours of receipt to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note. 

If you are located in New Zealand and you'd like to try a different size, we would be pleased to send you a returns label free of charge, so that you can find your perfect fit. 

If you are outside of New Zealand, courier costs are your responsibility. Please contact us before sending back. 

Some other notes:

  • We cannot accept returns on briefs/panties due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Please take a look at our Size Guide to find your perfect size. 
  • Items purchased using Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or a store credit.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these guidelines.
  • Sale items are final sale - we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on these.
