We offer a $4 tracked express courier flat rate New Zealand wide. We will send you a tracking number upon dispatch. 
Free shipping for orders over $100.

$30NZD DHL Express 1-2 business days
Free shipping to Australia for orders over $150.

Rest of world
$50NZD DHL Express 1-3 business days. Underlena does not cover import duties + taxes. Please see our full Shipping policy for further information.

Exchanges & Returns

We are happy to offer exchanges and returns for unworn bras, however underwear is final sale for hygiene reasons (as we are sure you'll understand!)

If your bra isn't perfect, please email us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange, refund or credit note for your order.
